6 week course
This short intense course teaches the foundational elements of the system. How to move and step, how to punch & kick as well as the ideas and applications of the techniques you will learn.
8 week course: 1 session per week
This builds on the beginner course with more time to start to develop advanced techniques, foot work and Chi Sao (which builds sensitivity and reflexes into your nervous system).
8 week course: 2 sessions per week
This course is our most intense. The extras hours are designed to hone in your abilities and push you to get the most of out of your sessions.
