Women's Self Defence: "Fight like a girl"

Our women's self-defense training classes are designed to empower women with the skills and confidence needed to protect themselves in various situations. The "Fight like a girl" motto embodies this mission, and the course is crafted by Sifu Della O'Sullivan, who draws from her extensive experiences and insights. We offer practical martial arts courses that teach effective self-defense techniques and strategies within a safe and supportive environment. You can start with a single session or enroll in a longer 4-6 week course, featuring Wing Tsun private training, to learn how to stay safer and feel more confident.

We offer comprehensive martial arts courses tailored for businesses. If you want to train staff in self-defense techniques or how to control an opponent, our Wing Tsun private training sessions are ideal. These can also serve as a team bonding exercise, where we bring our equipment directly to your office. Please inquire for further information. Pricing is based on location and the number of attendees.

Private training with Sifu Dan is tailored to your level and experience in martial arts courses. Advanced grades often necessitate specialized Wing Tsun private training to progress further in the system, especially in areas like Chi Sao and Chi Gerk that aren't fully covered in regular classes. Moreover, if you're eager to jump start your self-defense training, you can request private sessions to accelerate your learning. A single 1-2-1 session with Sifu Dan is £50, and discounts apply for multiple bookings. Please inquire for further information.

We offer several martial arts courses designed to facilitate the type of self-defense training you seek, or you can choose to commit to our programs. 


Starting with a 4-week beginner course, this short, intense program teaches the foundational elements of the system. 


In this course, you'll learn the fundamentals of the system, including how to move and step, the execution of punches and kicks, and the underlying theories and applications of those techniques. 


Join us for a 1-hour session per week, where you can also explore options for Wing Tsun private training.

This builds on the beginner course, providing more time to develop advanced techniques, footwork, and Chi Sao, which enhances sensitivity and reflexes within your nervous system. This 8-week intermediate course is part of our martial arts courses and includes 2x 1-hour sessions per week, offering valuable self-defense training and opportunities for those interested in Wing Tsun private training.

This course is our most intense training, specifically designed to enhance your martial arts skills. The extra hours are tailored to refine your self-defense training abilities and encourage you to maximize the benefits of your training sessions. 


The 12-week advanced course includes 3x 1-hour Wing Tsun private training sessions each week.
